The user has the right to access the educational content available on the platform, within the limits of their subscription or purchase, and to benefit from technical and informational support according to our policy.
Variversity undertakes to ensure the proper functioning of the platform and to provide quality educational content, updated periodically, in accordance with recognized pedagogical standards.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or temporarily interrupt access to certain functionalities for technical, security, or content update reasons, with prior notification to users where possible.
Variversity assumes no responsibility for any losses or damages suffered by the user as a result of improper use of the platform or non-compliance with these Terms.

Returns are possible within 14 days from the date of purchase, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, provided that the user has not accessed more than 20% of the respective course content.
In the event of subscription cancellation, access to premium content ceases at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are granted for unused periods.
Variversity reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on the website. The modifications take effect on the date of publication, and users will be notified by email at least 7 days in advance.
Continued use of the platform after the modifications take effect constitutes tacit acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, you may request account termination within 30 days.
